Personal Biography
Brian Ira Insell, born on November 23, 1993, has always been a natural leader, being the oldest of eight children. From a young age, Brian embraced the responsibility of being a role model to his siblings, and he continues to guide them by example, especially his youngest sibling, who is 10 years his junior. His sense of duty and loyalty extends far beyond family ties, as he fosters strong, lasting relationships with friends, many of whom remain close to him throughout life due to his unwavering dedication.
Brian has been married to his wife for 13 years, and together they have built a loving family. His son will turn 4 in December, and by the time Brian reaches 30, he will have earned his bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University, where he currently maintains a GPA of 3.7. This accomplishment marks another milestone in his journey of building a better life for his family.
Unlike traditional students, Brian went straight into the workforce after high school, gaining diverse experience in fields such as welding, state agencies, and ultimately sales, where he found his passion for marketing. He thrived in industries such as insurance, automotive, and entertainment, and it was his love for the strategies behind marketing that led him back to academia to elevate his career and overcome limitations. His academic excellence has earned him multiple scholarships, including membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Brian’s work ethic is unmatched. He brings a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to everything he does, whether professionally or personally. As a dedicated employee, he has proven invaluable time and again, exceeding expectations and driving results. His honesty, drive, and commitment to the success of his team and clients have made him a trusted figure in any role he takes on.
Outside of his career, Brian enjoys competitive sports like golf, volleyball, frisbee golf, and bowling. He’s also a competitive gamer, known for creating fun and humorous clips that he shares on social media platforms, keeping his playful side alive.
